Gayatri Vidya Parishad a premier Registered Educational Society in the east coast of India, started its activities from 28.9.1988. The Trust is managed by eminent educationists, philanthropists, technocrats and academicians.

Major aims of the trust are:

i) to promote, establish, maintain and assist in maintaining educational and other institutions with a view to impart education in all branches in general and advanced technology, management, education, and science in particular, and thus to facilitate securing gainful employment to the youth,

ii) to impart socially relevant and value based education for the development of the individual in particular as well for the welfare of all cross-sections of society at large.


Objectives:

To produce high quality engineering women graduates with the requisite theoretical and practical knowledge and social awareness to be able to contribute effectively to the progress of the society through their chosen field of endeavor.

To undertake research and development and extension activities in the field of Science and Engineering in areas of immediate relevance to the concurrent society as well as for strengthening or establishing fundamental knowledge.
